> Scope of Application

This product has a wide range of applications, especially suitable for use in places with high fire protection requirements, such as mines, oil fields, subways, power plants, schools, hospitals, commercial centers, high-rise buildings and all indoor configuration systems.

> Working Conditions

◇ Installation height: altitude not more than 1000m;

◇ Waveform of power supply voltage: similar to sine wave;

◇ Symmetry of multi-phase power supply voltage: The power supply voltage connected to the multi-phase transformer should be approximately symmetrical.

◇ Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40°C; Maximum daily average temperature +30°C; Maximum annual average temperature +20°C; Minimum temperature -25°C (suitable for indoor transformers).


> Structural Features

◇Iron core

The iron core adopts high magnetic permeability high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, 45° full oblique stepping joint, the iron core adopts a special square tube pull plate structure, the core column is tied with insulation tape, and the surface of the iron core is coated with special resin to prevent moisture and rust, which effectively reduces no-load loss, no-load current and core noise.

Safe, flame retardant and fireproof, no pollution, can be installed directly in the load center.

Maintenance-free, easy to install and low overall operating costs.

Good moisture resistance, can operate normally at 100% humidity, and can be put into operation without pre-drying after outage.

Low loss, low partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation capacity, equipped with a perfect temperature protection control system, providing reliable guarantee for the safe operation of transformers.

High reliability. According to the operation research of the products that have been put into operation, the reliability index of the products has reached the international advanced level.

◇Foil coil

The low-voltage winding adopts a whole section of copper foil, together with the turn insulation of class F, and is wound on a special low-voltage foil winding machine. Foil coil better solves the outstanding problems of low voltage, large short-circuit stress of high-current coil wire-wound products, unbalanced ampere turn, poor heat dissipation effect, winding helix angle, and unstable artificial welding quality. At the same time, the winding end of our company is potted with resin, cured and formed, moisture-proof and anti-fouling.

◇Temperature control device

The transformer adopts BWDK series signal thermometer, and the temperature measuring element is buried in the upper half of the low-voltage coil, which can automatically detect and circuit display the operating humidity of the three-phase coil. And there is an overtemperature alarm and trip function.

◇Voltage conversion

The connectors are available in different gears to convert 10kV and 20kV voltages for 10kV and 20kV system voltage requirements, respectively.

Note: The load losses listed in the table are the values of different insulation systems under the reference temperature in parentheses (see the provisions of GB1094.11), and the load losses at other insulation system temperatures not included in the table need to be converted accordingly according to the respective reference temperature, using the data of "155°C(F)" insulation system temperature as a reference.
